Born (June 1st, 2001) in Tangier (Morocco). He started the sport of Taekwondo at the age of 4 following his two older brothers (Bilal, Jaouad) and sister’s (Soukaina) steps. He also felt in love with his family’s passion for Taekwondo and also started competing and winning inter- club competitions.
At the age of 9, the youngest son moved with his family to Belgium. Studying and training while adapting to a new country with a different language and culture. The beginning was not as simple as expected. Badr’s determination to follow his brother’s path (Jaouad) was bigger than any obstacle.
A few years later, Badr won the first medal in Belgian history at the junior world championships. Vice Youth-Olympic champion, Winner of multiple G-International competitions.
Badr’s debut at senior level is a huge success. He has 2 bronze medals already at the European seniors championships and won big G-tournaments like the Paris Open, the Polish Open, ... He keeps showing that, even at a young age, he can win.
